We are pleased to announce that Andrew S. Holland has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Andrew concentrates his practice in area of civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights defense, and commercial litigation. In addition, Andrew practices appellate law and criminal defense.
Andrew brings nearly ten years of litigation experience. He started his legal career as an appellate prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, before joining a civil litigation firm in Nassau Company. Immediately prior to joining MOSC, Andrew was an attorney with the Albany firm of Napierski VanDenburgh. Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Jazz Performance from William Paterson University, and earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School – Newark.
Andrew’s addition expands the firm to a team of fifteen dedicated attorneys, engaged in a wide variety of legal fields.
