Michael E. Catalinotto, Sr. successfully defended a physician in a medical malpractice trial venued in Schenectady County. The trial commenced on February 27, 2017. At the completion of the third day of trial, the plaintiff’s attorney discontinued the case against Mr. Catalinotto’s client and settled the case with the codefendant physician.
