Rob Rausch lectures at Continuing Legal Education program

On November 5th, Rob Rausch lectured at Albany Law School, in conjunction with the school’s program to provide free Continuing Legal Education credits to recent graduates. Rob presented on the topic of “Litigating a Personal Injury Case: Plaintiff and Defense Perspectives”, along with Laura Jordan, a partner in the firm of Powers & Santola. Rob provided insight and recommendations for successfully defending personal injury litigation claims, and discussed such topics as effective use of social media and surveillance, critical details in a plaintiff’s medical records, and advanced deposition techniques, among other issues.

Rob is a 1994 graduate of Albany Law School, and is a past President of the Albany Law School National Alumni Association.
