On February 22nd, Rob Rausch spoke to a large group of surgical residents and medical staff at Albany Medical Center, as part of their ongoing training and education. Rob provided an introduction to the litigation process, recommendations for testifying at depositions, and some insight into medical issues that sometimes arise in litigation.
