On February 25th, Rob Rausch will be speaking at the continuing legal education seminar “The Mechanics of New York Civil Procedure”. Rob’s topic is entitled “The Purpose, Procedure, and Strategy of Discovery”, and will include a discussion on such issues as paper discovery, depositions, expert disclosure, and independent medical examinations.
