Attorney Alexander Stabinski successfully brought a summary judgment motion on behalf of a local propane supplier who had been sued for failure to provide propane during the winter months. Attorney Stabinski was able to argue that summary judgment was warranted in light of the admissions of the plaintiffs at depositions.
