Aaron joined the firm in 2011. He concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation (including medical malpractice, state tax, personal injury, commercial, real estate and appellate matters), New York State taxation and audit defense.
Aaron is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
A cum laude graduate of Hartwick College with bachelor’s degrees in political science and religious studies, Aaron earned his degrees with departmental distinction. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School where he had a concentration in litigation. While there, he served as a teaching fellow and lead articles editor for the Albany Law School Journal of Science & Technology editorial board. He was the recipient of the New York State Bar Association’s Law Student Legal Ethics Award and the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials Finalist Award. He was also a member of the Justinian Society.
Aaron is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron was a litigation and tax attorney with DeGraff, Foy & Kunz, LLP in Albany.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys cooking, mountain biking, chess and snow boarding.
