A recent addition to the firm, Mark Mitchell concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, litigation, torts and appellate cases.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Wisconsin. Mark earned a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  While in law school, he served as articles editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.  In addition, he was a recipient of the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award.

He is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Mark has served on the Central Legal Research staff of the State of New York Court of Appeals.  He also worked for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and served as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division.

His hobbies include playing the guitar and golfing.
