Christopher Dressler passed away in the Spring of 2010. He and his family are in our thoughts and prayers. Christopher had more than 25 years of litigation experience at the firm, with particular emphasis in the defense of medical malpractice actions. His work also encompassed representation of medical and non-medical professionals before state licensing boards. Additionally, Christopher had extensive trial experience in the areas of product liability, municipal law, commercial law, and general liability in both state and federal courts. He joined the firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1986. Prior to that, he was an assistant district attorney in Ulster County.
He was admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont and Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Christopher was a graduate of Miami University; he earned his law degree cum laude from Syracuse University School of Law, where he served as technical editor of the International Journal of Law and Commerce.
