Concetta handles complex personal injury litigation representing individuals and families who have been injured as a result of an accident, including car and construction site accidents; unsafe premises; defective products; dog bites; and wrongful death matters. She has been with the firm since 1986 and became a partner in 1993. Based primarily in our Albany office, Concetta also maintains an office in Johnstown.

Concetta typically handles complex litigation in the area of medical, hospital and dental malpractice cases, solely handling those cases for the defense. She also defends labor law, municipal law, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and general liability cases.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. With more than 20 years of trial experience in both state and federal courts, Concetta has earned a Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of BV, indicating high to very high legal ability and very high ethical standards.

A graduate of Northeastern University, Concetta received her law degree from Albany Law School.

She is a frequent lecturer for the New York State Bar Association and belongs to its Trial Lawyers Section. In addition, Concetta is a certified arbitrator for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and is a past member of the Third Judicial District Character and Fitness Committee and the Fourth Judicial District Independent Judicial Election Qualifications Commission.

Concetta has served as a mediator in the area of litigation and has been a lecturer in numerous continuing legal education programs for attorneys and continuing medical education programs for physicians and hospitals.

Prior to law school, Concetta competed in the Miss New York State Scholarship Pageant, a preliminary to the Miss America Scholarship Pageant, and was voted Miss Congeniality by the competing contestants. She continues to serve as an official judge of the Greater Fulton County Scholarship Pageant.
