Crystal joined the firm in 2007 and focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, trusts and estates, corporate, and bankruptcy matters.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

A cum laude graduate of the University at Albany, Crystal earned her law degree from Albany Law School with a concentration in family and elder law. In 2003, she was the Edgar and Margaret Sandman Fellow at the Government Law Center of Albany Law School. She currently co-chairs the Student Engagement Committee of the law school's National Alumni Association Board of Directors.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where she belongs to the Young Lawyers, Elder Law and Real Property Sections and is the Fourth District Representative for the Young Lawyers Section. She is also a member of the Albany County Bar Association, where she co-chairs the Young Lawyers Committee; the Capital District Women's Bar Association; the Schenectady County Bar Association; Networking for Success; and the Capital Alliance of Young Professionals.

Crystal is a member of the Ellis Hospital Ethics Committee, through which she makes presentations to community organizations in Schenectady County regarding advanced directives. In addition, she is a member of the St. James Parish Council in Albany.

An active volleyball player, Crystal is a member of several local volleyball organizations.
