Laura is responsible for managing the firm's business operations, finances, planning, human resources, systems and physical facilities, strategic planning, marketing, and client services. In addition, she is the initial point of contact for all prospective clients.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Laura had nine years of experience in project management and as a litigation paralegal.

A graduate of Schenectady County Community College with an associate's degree in paralegal studies, Laura was awarded the Chancellor's medal there and graduated at the top of her class.

She is a member of the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and the National Association of Legal Administrators. A member of Congregation Ohav Shalom in Albany, Laura has served on its board of trustees and Religious Life Committee. She is also a certified Hebrew Chant Leader and a certified Prayer Leader.

An avid knitter, Laura also provides knitting instruction throughout the Capital Region.
