Since joining the firm in 2008, Mark has focused on general litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and bankruptcy matters.
He is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York.
A graduate of Ithaca College, he earned his law degree at Albany Law School, where he won the Dominick L. Gabrielli Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Mark is a member of the New York State, Albany County, and Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Associations and is a former board member of the bankruptcy group. He has authored several articles for the New York State Association of School Business Officials' monthly publication.
A former middle and high school instrumental music teacher, Mark is a saxophone player in the local band Pop Rock Circus. He is also a home brewer and an avid fly fisherman.
