An indefatigable litigator, Michael has been with the firm since 1992 and became a partner in 2000. He works out of our Saugerties and Albany offices, serving clients throughout much of the State of New York, primarily north of New York City.  In addition to his over 25 years of litigation experience handling the defense of medical malpractice and personal injury actions, Michael has extensive trial experience in the areas of municipal law, civil rights law, products liability, commercial law, general liability, in both state and federal courts, and litigation involving Native American tribes and sovereignty recognition.  He has more than 25 years of extensive trial experience defending individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies. Michael also represents plaintiffs in complex personal injury cases as well as individuals charged with infractions by The Justice Center, New York State Department of Health and the New York State Attorney General and doctors with matters before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct.

Michael is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court  for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

He is a graduate of Siena College and earned his law degree from Touro Law School.
