Since joining the firm in 1981 and becoming a partner in 1986, Tom has become one of our top litigators. His experience in defense litigation includes cases involving catastrophic injury, product liability, municipal law, and property damage. Tom also handles estate litigation, professional liability law, and business/commercial litigation.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Tom received his undergraduate degree from Canisius College and his law degree from Albany Law School. He is a member of the Albany County and New York State Bar Associations and belongs to the Torts, Negligence & Compensation; Trial Lawyers; and Trusts and Estates Sections of the state bar. He is also a member of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a past president of the Northeast New York Defense Research Institute.

Other facts about Tom:

Tom is active in the Bethlehem community, where he has coached youth soccer and softball. He also previously served as president of the St. Thomas School Parents Association.
