Attorney Ed Tobin has concluded a 6 day trial in Federal Court, successfully defending a municipality and its police officers against claims of excessive force and the use of a Taser. It’s all about letting the jurors understand the standards of police practice and how a Taser actually has been demonstrated to reduce injuries.
