Maynard, O’Connor is honored to announce that Tom Daley was honored by the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association https://www.cdtlany.com/ as this year’s recipient of the Daniel Mahoney Memorial Award. The CDTLA presents the award annually in memory of its founder, to an attorney who demonstrates outstanding commitment and service to clients, the Bar, and the legal profession. In receiving this award, Tom joins a list of some of the most experienced and respected trial lawyers in the region. Congratulations, Tom!
The firm also congratulates Hon. Mae D’Agostino on receiving the Hon. Edward S. Conway Judicial Excellence Award. Judge D’Agostino is a former member of the firm, and is currently a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Ironically, Tom and Judge D’Agostino began their careers at Maynard, O’Connor on the very same day.
Tom joined the firm in 1981 and became a partner in 1986. He has extensive experience in defense litigation includes cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, municipal law, and property damage, as well as estate litigation, professional liability law, and business/commercial litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from Canisius College and his law degree from Albany Law School, and is a member of numerous Bar associations.
