This September, two long-time members of the Maynard, O’Connor team marked significant anniversaries with the firm.
On September 12th, our partner, Ed Tobin, celebrated 25 years with the firm. Ed joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1997. He focuses his diverse practice on, and enjoys a great professional reputation in, the areas of matrimonial litigation, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and a wide variety of personal injury claims. Ed is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ed is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, the College of the Holy Cross and Albany Law School.
Karen Dobert, our primary Real Estate Closing Coordinator, reached her 20-year anniversary with the firm on September 15th. Following the commencement of her employment, Karen served the firm in many important positions before assuming, in 2000, her current position which continues to the present day. Throughout Karen’s entire tenure at Maynard O’Connor, she has received numerous accolades from clients, vendors, and other employees and professionals for the skills that she brings to her job, and the care and dedication that she gives to every matter to which she is assigned. We are proud and honored that Karen has made this 20-year association with Maynard O’Connor.
