Rob Rausch lectures at Continuing Legal Education program

On November 1st, Rob Rausch lectured at Albany Law School, in conjunction with the school’s annual program to provide free Continuing Legal Education credits to recent graduates. Rob presented the topic “Effective Motion Practice”. Rob provided insight and recommendations for preparing effective motions in personal injury litigation, and discussed such topics as developing proof in discovery and depositions, unique rules for filing and timing of motions, content required to be included in motions, and advice for effective writing. Rob is a 1994 graduate of Albany Law School, is a past President of the Albany Law School National Alumni Association, and recently received the school’s “Excellence in Alumni Service” award.
