Rob Rausch speaks to Albany Claims Association
On October 17th, Rob Rausch spoke at the annual educational seminar of the Albany Claims Association on the topic of “Negotiating and Litigating Damages”. Rob addressed such issues as defenses to damage claims, surveillance, use of Facebook and social media, vocational rehabilitation experts, and accident reconstruction, among others.
The Albany Claims Association was created in 1934. Members of the Albany Claims Association include representatives of insurance companies, independent adjusters, defense attorneys, investigators, and vendors whose services involve all aspects of property and casualty claims.
