Since joining Maynard O’Connor as an Associate Attorney in 2008, Adam has assisted clients in all phases of litigation, from initial investigation to final appeal. He has experience representing clients in lawsuits involving claims of medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial disputes, construction litigation, and trusts & estate litigation. Adam’s approach is pragmatic, taking into consideration the needs of our clients at every stage of their case. Adam was named a Partner of Maynard O’Connor in January, 2015. Before joining Maynard O’Connor, he served as a Congressional Aide to Congressman Barney Frank of Massachusetts.

Adam is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors of RUPCO, a housing and community development not-for-profit organization, as well as the Board of Directors of the Western New England University School of Law Alumni Association. He is an appointed Member of the Committee for Character and Fitness for the Third Judicial District; a delegate to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) House of Delegates; and, a Board Member of the Ulster County Bar Association. Adam is a cum laude graduate of Western New England College School of Law and Hobart College.

In addition to being a practicing trial attorney, Adam is also an adjunct professor on the faculty of Western New England University School of Law, teaching a law school course on the topic of medical malpractice litigation.

Each year from 2014 to present, Adam has received recognition from Upstate New York Super Lawyers Magazine, first as a “Rising Star” and then as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of Personal Injury Defense – Medical Malpractice.
