Justin has been with the firm since 2010, and has represented a wide variety of clients in both litigation and transactional matters. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real property litigation and transactions, title defense litigation, commercial litigation and transactions, general civil litigation, appeals, residential and commercial lending, business law and transactions, health care law and bankruptcy (creditor’s rights).

With respect to his real property litigation and transactions practice, Justin represents businesses large and small, individuals and insurers in cases involving boundary line disputes, quieting title, partition, property damage, easements, adverse possession, trespass, timber trespass, water diversion, mortgage priority, foreclosure prosecution, foreclosure defense, deed and mortgage reformation and the purchase and sale of real estate. Justin also assists clients in forming business organizations, as well as advising and representing them in all aspect of their businesses, including contract preparation, negotiation, review and enforcement. He also regularly represents creditors in the bankruptcy courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. Justin has also represented medical practices and providers with respect to shareholders’ and operating agreements, sales and acquisitions, mergers, employment agreements, health care fraud, and negotiation and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Finally, he regularly prosecutes and defends civil appeals in the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court.

Justin is admitted to practice in the State of New York; the State of New Jersey; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, and New Jersey; and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern District of New York, and New Jersey.

He is a graduate of The George Washington University; earned a master’s degree in public health from the Drexel University School of Public Health; and earned his law degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 2001 where he was a member of the Temple Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Justin worked at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, as law clerk to the Hon. Ainsworth Brown in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He also served as a senior associate at a prestigious law firm in Poughkeepsie, New York for over nine years.
