Since joining the firm as an associate attorney in 2019, Kelly has been serving clients with her exceptional legal expertise, dedication, and commitment. She concentrates her practice on the representation of defendants in a wide variety of personal injury litigation matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction site litigation, and medical malpractice. In addition to her defense work, she also represents plaintiffs in similar personal injury litigation matters.

Kelly graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2014.  She received her law degree from Albany Law School in 2017.  While in law school, Kelly was a finalist in several Anthony V. Cardona Moot Court Programs, including the Donna Jo Morse Client Counseling Competition, the Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Competition, and the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials Competition.  In addition to Kelly’s moot court experience, Kelly interned for the Schenectady County Public Defender’s Office, the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office, and the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office, defending and prosecuting criminal matters.

Kelly is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Northern District of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
