Kelly specializes in insurance defense, with a focus on medical malpractice and general liability. Since joining the firm as an associate attorney in 2019, she has demonstrated exceptional legal expertise and a strong commitment to her clients. Kelly primarily represents defendants in a broad range of personal injury cases, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction site incidents, and medical malpractice. In addition to her defense work, she also represents plaintiffs in similar personal injury matters. In 2024, Kelly was promoted to partner, reflecting her dedication and outstanding contributions to the firm.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2014, and went on to receive her law degree from Albany Law School in 2017. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Northern District of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Kelly is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
