Rosy is a 2016 graduate of New York City College of Technology, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. Rosy then went on to receive her J.D. from Vermont Law & Graduate School in 2022. Rosy completed her internship at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining law school, Rosy was the Senior Litigation Specialist for the New York City School Construction Authority, where she gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation arising from personal injury. Rosy focuses her practice in representing defendants in the areas of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, and general liability. Rosy is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association.
