On November 2nd, Rob Rausch lectured at Albany Law School, in conjunction with the school’s program to provide free Continuing Legal Education credits to recent graduates. Rob presented the topic “Conducting an Effective Deposition”. Rob provided insight and recommendations for conducting depositions in personal injury litigation claims, and discussed such topics as preparation for a deposition, critical areas of questioning to explore, and advice for handling a difficult witness, among other issues.
Rob is a 1994 graduate of Albany Law School, and is a past President of the Albany Law School National Alumni Association.
