Rob Rausch Lectures on Appellate Practice

On April 4, 2019, Rob Rausch participated in a Continuing Legal Education seminar on “New York Appellate Practice”. Rob spoke on the topics of “Brief Writing and Oral Argument”. Rob and Chris Mills, Esq. (of the Mills Law Firm) discussed considerations for preservation of evidence and planning for appeal, and presented advice for effective Brief writing and oral argument skills.

The seminar was sponsored by the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction and included other appellate attorneys, court clerks, and justices of the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department and New York State Court of Appeals. Rob frequently publishes materials and speaks at Continuing Legal Education programs on a wide range of legal issues.
