Concetta handles complex personal injury litigation representing individuals and families who have been injured as a result of an accident, including car and construction site accidents; unsafe premises; defective products; dog bites; and wrongful death matters.  She has been with the firm since 1986 and became a partner in 1993.

Concetta handles complex litigation in the areas of medical, hospital and dental malpractice cases, solely handling those cases for the defense. She also defends labor law, municipal law, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and general liability cases.

Concetta also represents medical practices, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and other non-medical professionals with respect to investigations and civil prosecutions initiated by the New York State Office of the Attorney General, United States Office of the Attorney General, New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the New York State Office of Professional Discipline. Concetta’s extensive experience in handling complex hospital, physician and other health care provider medical malpractice cases also make her exceptionally qualified to represent medical providers with respect to such investigations and civil prosecutions.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.  With more than 25 years of trial experience in both state and federal courts, Concetta has earned a Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of BV, indicating high to very high legal ability and very high ethical standards. In 2015, Concetta received a Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award in recognition of her quality of service, responsiveness, value and ability to communicate effectively with clients. She is a member of the American Association of Justice.

A graduate of Northeastern University, Concetta received her law degree from Albany Law School.
