On April 22, 2021, Concetta Lomanto and Karen Butler wrote and starred in a mock deposition prep session! In a presentation (virtual) before the Annual Meeting of the New York State Emergency Nurses Association (NYSENA) Ms. Lomanto prepared Karen Butler (playing an ER nurse) to give a deposition in a challenging medical malpractice case. Our associate attorneys Emily Phillips and Kelly Kline produced the presentation. Audrey Caplan provided technical support. Through role-play, Ms. Lomanto conveyed valuable information to the participants about the dos and don’ts of giving a deposition in any medical malpractice law suit.
