Since joining the firm earlier in 2009, Kathleen focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, general liability defense, insurance coverage, and errors and omissions coverage.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Kathleen is a graduate of Union College and received her law degree from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining Maynard, O'Connor, Smith & Catalinotto, Kathleen gained extensive experience practicing law in Boston, before moving to the Albany area with her husband and family.

Kathleen is an active member of the Capital District Women's Bar Association, and recently was elected to the Board of Directors. Kathleen is also a member of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Running is one of her favorite activities, and Kathleen has participated in both the Baltimore Marathon and the Boston Marathon.
